Shipping, Returns & Payment at Warehouse Restaurant Equipment

 Returns Policy

Items may be returned for credit or refund at the discretion of Warehouse Restaurant Equipment within 30 days of delivery.  All returns must be include a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  Please call us at (937) 258-0070 to obtain an RMA number.  Returns of new merchandise and Special Order items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  There are no returns after 30 days of delivery. 

Please securely package and return the product with the RMA number on the outside of the package.  You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error or if the product is defective.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We ship only to addresses within the continental United States.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

There are no additional crating or packaging charges associated with any shipment.  We will choose the best method for shipping large items.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as personal checks and money orders.  Checks will be held until they clear our bank at which time the product will be shipped.
